Refund policy
Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Change of Mind / Not Satisfied with the Look or Fit:

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are unhappy with how the product looks or fits.

A reverse pickup can be arranged at a flat fee of ₹200, which will be deducted from your store credit.

In such cases, you will receive:

A store credit valid for 6 months, or
-
An exchange for another product of your choice (price differences will apply).

2. Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your order arrives with visible damage (e.g. dents, broken parts, or missing pieces), please inform us within 2 days of delivery.
To raise a claim:

Email us at bombayjewllryhouse@gmail.com with an unboxing video showing the entire unpacking process without cuts or edits.

The shipping label with your name and address must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims sent without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
3. Return Packaging Requirements:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including:

The Ziplock pouch
-
The soft cloth pouch
-
The outer box
-
If the product is returned without proper packaging and sustains further damage, the product charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Exchange Timelines:

Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, your exchange product will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

This is subject to availability of the selected design and color in stock.
Note: We are a small business and handle every order with care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth exchange process.
