Refund policy

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order. 

1. Change of Mind / Not Satisfied with the Look or Fit: 

  • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are unhappy with how the product looks or fits. 

  • A reverse pickup can be arranged at a flat fee of ₹200, which will be deducted from your store credit. 

  • In such cases, you will receive: 

  • A store credit valid for 6 months, or 

  • An exchange for another product of your choice (price differences will apply).

2. Damaged or Faulty Products: 

If your order arrives with visible damage (e.g. dents, broken parts, or missing pieces), please inform us within 2 days of delivery. 

To raise a claim: 

  • The shipping label with your name and address must be clearly visible in the video. 

  • Claims sent without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange or replacement. 

3. Return Packaging Requirements: 

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including: 

  • The Ziplock pouch 

  • The soft cloth pouch 

  • The outer box 

  • If the product is returned without proper packaging and sustains further damage, the product charges will be borne by the customer. 

4. Exchange Timelines: 

  • Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, your exchange product will be shipped within 5–7 working days. 

  • This is subject to availability of the selected design and color in stock. 

Note: We are a small business and handle every order with care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth exchange process.
